About Our Practitioner

Theodora is a Montana Native, she has been a student of spirituality for over a decade, and continues her education daily. After transitioning into Reiki studies, she became a Certified Reiki Master. In combination with her knowledge of Eastern and Western Spirituality, Theodora has traveled abroad to places such as Laos, Cambodia, Belize, and Mexico to study amongst Shamans and other spiritual practitioners to gain great insight into ancient traditions.

As a Certified Reiki Master she incorporates these practices into her healing techniques to provide a healing service suited to your individual needs.

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
Reiki practice may help with a variety of physical and emotional problems, including insomnia, stress, depression, anxiety, and pain.

How is a Reiki treatment given?

You will receive Reiki fully clothed while lying down on a treatment table. If you are uncomfortable with lying down, Reiki can also be received while being comfortably seated.

Reiki is offered through light, non-invasive touch with the practitioner’s hands placed and held on a series of locations on the head and front and back of the body. The placement of the hands is never intrusive or inappropriate.

How does Reiki feel?

A Reiki session is a unique experience for everyone, but you may feel certain sensations when receiving Reiki. Common sensations are heat, tingling, pulsing and cold, just to name a few. Some people feel no sensation of any kind at all. Sensations, or the absence of it, simply relate to the person’s sensitivity to energy. Reiki flows regardless of whether you feel it or not.

How many Reiki sessions should I have?

A single session can already bring noticeable improvement!

Reiki is cumulative so it can be beneficial to receive a series of sessions to help get more lasting results.
